Description
During this Bootcamp we train the main muscle groups to get the best results out of the training. KA Fitbody will help you get a fit body, make you stronger, so if that’s your goal, this is for you! You decide yourself how much you can push yourself. Technique will be described and the trainer will help you keep it right but at the same time get the max results.

Bootcamp is held in cooperation with Pernille Ryge Koch fra Power for life.
Training is held 2 times a week.
