It is a combination of cardio- and strength training with focus on high intensity and heavier weights. It is an intensive hour where you get to train full body. Technique will be described and the trainer will help you keep it right but at the same time get the max results. It is for you, who want to burn fat, lose weight, improve your condition and tone your body.

Bootcamp is held in cooperation with Pernille Ryge Koch fra Power for life.
