Online coaching is for you who does not have the possibility to train in Aarhus, but needs help and guidance for your training. It is recommended for fat loss, muscle growth, strength training and people who have some experience with training, but lack motivation or inspiration. The programs are tailor-made and according to your level and desired goals, with a possibility to do adjustments.
Personal training is for you if you want to change your lifestyle, lose weight, build muscle and strength or improve mobility and generally get a healthier life. I prepare tailor-made programs for you, which will fit your desired goals and I will be a part of your fitness journey and be there to help and support you 200%. By personal training you don’t only get a trainer for yourself, but a trainer who will focus mainly on your goals, technique but at the same time one who will sweat and have fun with you.
It's a funky, effective and fun bootcamp where you get an opportunity to work out with max. 8 other girls. You get an opportunity to get professional help and expertise, which is a cheaper replacement for personal training. As there are max. 8 participants per bootcamp you are guaranteed close contact with the coach. Energy, enthusiasm and a new body - you will sure get it at my bootcamp.
